Orders Page

Overview

The Orders page, found under Autoresponder → Orders in the left navigation, gives you a full view of every order that your autoresponder campaigns are aware of. For each order you can instantly see which campaign is handling it, what the current email-sending status is, when the last email was sent, and whether the buyer has been blacklisted. You can also trigger a review request manually or add a buyer to the blacklist directly from this page.

Getting to the Orders Page

In the left-hand sidebar, expand Autoresponder and click Orders. The Autoresponder section contains three sub-pages: Campaigns, Products, and Orders.

The Orders Table

Each row in the table represents one order. The table is horizontally scrollable on smaller screens to reveal all columns. Here is what each column shows:

Order date — The date the order was placed on the marketplace. This column is sorted descending by default (newest first); click the column header to reverse the sort order.

Shipping date — The date the order was shipped. A dash (—) means the shipping date has not yet been received from the marketplace.

Delivery date (estimated) — The estimated delivery date provided by the marketplace. A dash (—) means no estimated date is available yet. sellerboard uses this date to determine the right time to send follow-up emails based on the campaign’s configured delay.

Order number — The Amazon order ID (e.g., 302-1234567-8901234). Clicking this number opens the order directly in Amazon Seller Central in a new tab, so you can review order details without leaving sellerboard.

Marketplace — The Amazon marketplace the order came from (e.g., Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk).

Products — The product thumbnail image, ASIN, SKU, and product name. Clicking the ASIN opens the product listing on Amazon in a new tab.

Campaign — The name of the autoresponder campaign assigned to this order. Clicking the campaign name takes you directly to that campaign’s edit page so you can review or adjust its settings.

Status — A color-coded badge showing the current email-sending status for this order (see Status Types below). Hovering over the badge displays a detailed tooltip explaining the status.

Last sent date — The date the most recent email was successfully sent for this order. A dash (—) means no email has been sent yet.

Black listed — Shows Yes or No indicating whether the buyer associated with this order has been added to the blacklist. Blacklisted buyers will not receive any further emails from your campaigns.

Actions — A three-dot menu (⋯) that opens a dropdown with order-level actions (see Order Actions below).

Status Types

The Status badge tells you exactly where an order stands in the email-sending process. Hover over any badge to see its full explanation.

Pending Data (yellow badge) — sellerboard is waiting to receive the buyer’s delivery or shipping data from Amazon before it can schedule or send the email. This is the normal state for recent orders where the delivery date has not yet been confirmed. The email will be queued automatically once the required data arrives.

Cancelled (red/pink badge) — The Amazon order was cancelled. No emails will be sent for this order, and any scheduled emails have been removed from the queue.

Filtering and Searching Orders

The filter bar at the top of the page provides several ways to narrow down the order list:

Product search — Click the search box on the left (placeholder text: Search). A dropdown appears listing all your products with checkboxes. You can search by product name, tag, SKU, ASIN, EAN, or UPC. Select one or more products to show only orders containing those items. A Select all option is available at the top of the list.

Order ID — Type a full or partial Amazon order number into the Order ID field to jump directly to a specific order.

Campaign filter — Click the All campaigns dropdown to filter by one or more specific campaigns. The list shows each campaign’s name and its current status (Active, Inactive, or Test). Check the campaigns you want to include and the table will update accordingly.

Buyer name — Enter the buyer’s name to filter orders by a specific customer. This is useful when a buyer has contacted you and you want to locate all their orders quickly.

Filter button — After setting your search criteria, click the Filter button (funnel icon) to apply them. The table will reload showing only matching orders.

Order Actions

Click the (three-dot menu) on any row to access these per-order actions:

Send review request — Immediately sends a review request email to the buyer for this order, outside of the normal campaign schedule. Use this if a buyer has already received excellent service and you want to request a review right away, or if the automated email was delayed for any reason.

Add to blacklist — Adds the buyer to the blacklist for this order’s campaign. Once blacklisted, the buyer will not receive any further emails from your campaigns. The Black listed column on that row will update to Yes. You might use this after a buyer reaches out with a complaint, a refund request, or simply asks not to be emailed.

Remove from blacklist — If a buyer is already blacklisted, this option appears instead of “Add to blacklist.” Clicking it removes the buyer from the blacklist, allowing future campaign emails to be sent again.

Pagination

The Orders page displays 50 orders per row and is paginated. Navigation controls at the bottom of the page let you jump to a specific page number or use the previous (‹) and next (›) arrows, as well as first (««) and last (»») page shortcuts. With large catalogs and high order volumes, there can be many pages of orders.

Understanding the Relationship with Campaigns

Every order row shows which Campaign is responsible for sending emails related to it. If you notice an order is stuck in Pending Data for an unusually long time, this can indicate that Amazon has not yet provided shipping or delivery confirmation — which is common for orders fulfilled by third-party logistics providers or for orders in transit. No action is needed; the system will automatically send the email once the data is received.

If you want to stop emails for a particular customer permanently, use Add to blacklist from the Actions menu rather than pausing the entire campaign — this ensures other buyers continue to receive emails while that specific customer is excluded.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the Last sent date show a dash for most orders? A dash means no email has been sent yet for that order. This is normal for recent orders with a status of Pending Data — the system is waiting for shipping or delivery data from Amazon before it can trigger the email according to the campaign’s timing rules.

What does “Pending Data” mean exactly? It means sellerboard has received the order from Amazon but is still waiting for the buyer’s delivery or shipping date, which is needed to calculate when to send the email based on your campaign settings (e.g., “send X days after delivery”). Once Amazon provides that data, the order will be scheduled automatically.

Can I send a review request to a specific buyer right now, without waiting for the campaign? Yes. Click the ⋯ Actions menu on the order row and select Send review request. This sends the request immediately, independent of the campaign’s schedule.

How do I stop emails from being sent to a buyer who complained? Click the ⋯ Actions menu on any of their order rows and select Add to blacklist. This will prevent any future campaign emails from reaching that buyer. You can reverse this at any time using Remove from blacklist.

The order shows “Cancelled” — should I be concerned? No. A Cancelled status simply means the corresponding Amazon order was cancelled by the buyer or by you. sellerboard automatically stops all email activity for cancelled orders, so no action is needed on your part.

How do I find all orders for a specific product? Click the product search box, then search by the product’s name, SKU, or ASIN, and select it from the dropdown. Click Filter to apply. The table will show only orders containing that product.

Can I see which campaign an order belongs to? Yes — the Campaign column shows the campaign name as a clickable link for every order. Clicking it navigates directly to that campaign’s settings page.
